At Little Bear Photography, we believe every child deserves to feel special, and we strive to make little girls, in particular, feel beautiful, magical, and like they’ve stepped right into their own fairytale.
We now carry a beautiful line of Storybook panels, like the ones shown below, allowing us to create fanciful and magical three dimensional scenes right here in the studio. We also have a growing collection of Princess and Prince-inspired backdrops, with something to capture every child’s imagination and heart’s desire.
But the best part? We’ve invested in several gorgeous couture dresses from world renown designers including La Petite Wardrobe, Stella Maris Collection, and Mararte Workshop. Each dress has been carefully selected to coordinate with our princess themes, as well as our magical Christmas sets.
Three beautiful couture dresses have already arrived, and I am absolutely dying to see the rest! The remaining dresses are expected to arrive in the next few weeks, and I cannot wait to bring these magical creations to life.. Wait until you see them!
We currently have the following backdrops and dresses/outfits available. If we don't have what you are looking for, perhaps we can order it! Most dresses have some leeway in sizing.

The Details:
Cost: $199 + HST
Length: 1-2 hours
What's Included:
- 1 - 3 backgrounds, all the same theme
- 10 high resolution professionally edited images
- digital enhancements such as smoke, glitter, lights, overlays for fairies, fire etc.
- online gallery for selecting your favourites
- option to purchase more digitals individually, in packages of 5 ($60) or 10 ($110) or the whole gallery at a discount (based on your number of gallery images)
- individual prints and packages, exceptional wall art and other products such as luxurious albums are also available for purchase (see our product page)
- professionally designed and personalized Storybook Album, available in 8x8 or 10x10 sizes, either normal hardcover or fancier genuine leather cover with acrylic front page. I hope to have samples in studio soon for you to look at during your session.

Cinderella & Belle
Maizy's session was so much fun! She is 5 year's old (although has since had her birthday). The blue Cinderella dress is my couture dress, and the yellow gown was her own. I have since acquired a couture Belle dress as well as a few other gowns and a Beast costume for mom, dad or older sibling to wear and join in the fun. A few of these images of Maizy were published in August 2026 Child Talent magazine and Child Couture magazine. Submission is always an option if the images we take match their current themes. The magazines are published in the US though, and therefore quite expensive to purchase a hard copy. A digital pdf version is a bit less expensive, but there is still the exchange rate.
